Customer Portal
- The last page of your Lift Credit application is where you upload your documents.
- If you applied for the loan with your phone:
- Under “Upload Documents” click on “Choose File.”
- Click “Photo Library” or “Take Photo” (if you still need to take pictures of your documents).
- Select all pictures of your documents one at a time to upload to your file.
iPhone
Taking Photos of Your Documents
- Be sure your photos show the entirety of each document and they are not blurry.
- Your ID:
- Be sure you are taking a photo of your physical ID and there isn’t a glare on your picture or any of the information on your ID.
- Your Income Document:
- Physical Document:
- If you have your income document physically with you, take a picture of the full document, showing all information.
- Online Document:
- If you’re able to view your income document on a computer, you can take a photo of your online document with your phone! Just be sure we can see all the information on the document. If you need to take more than one photo to include all of the information, do so.
- If you are able to view your income document on your iPhone, you can take a screenshot of your online document. Just be sure we can see all the information on the document. If you need to take more than one screenshot, do so.
- To take a screenshot on an iphone that has the home button (series 8, 7, 6, etc.) quickly press and release the home button and the power button simultaneously. The image should save in your photo gallery immediately.
- To screenshot on an iphone that doesn’t have the home button (series 10, 11, etc.) quickly press and release the volume up button and the power button simultaneously. The image should save in your photo gallery immediately.
Sending Your Documents Through Email
- If you’d rather send your documents to us via email, rather than your online portal, follow these steps.
- Once you have pictures of all your documents, go to your photo gallery:
- Click “Select”
- Tap each image you will send us.
- Click the share button.
- Click on the Mail icon.
- Send your photos to [email protected].

Taking Photos of Your Documents

Sending Your Documents Through Email
- If you’d rather send your documents to us via email, rather than your online portal, follow these steps.
- Once you have pictures of all your documents, go to your photo gallery:
- Click and hold on the picture of your choice. A check mark will appear to let you know that it has been selected.
- Tap to select the rest of the pictures that you wish to send.
- Click the “Share” Button (3 circles connected with 2 lines. Looks like the less than sign “<”).
- Select your email application.
- A new window will appear with your pictures. In the To section, type [email protected].
- Click send button (may appear as an arrow pointing to the right).
Mac Computer
Uploading Your Documents to your Customer Portal
- If you have access to your documents on your mac computer, you can either screenshot or download them as a PDF!
- To Screenshot on a Mac:
- Press and release Command+Shift+4 on your keyboard.
- The screenshot should save to your desktop immediately.
- Drag and drop your screenshot into the “Choose File” section you see in your portal.
- If you can view your income documents online, you may be able to save the entire document as a PDF file instead of taking multiple photos of it!
- You may have a different or easier way to get this file as a PDF, however, as a general rule of thumb:
- On a computer:
- You can right click the image, select “Print”, when the image shows in another preview window you should be able to select “Save as PDF”.
- Save it to your desktop. Then you can drag and drop your file into the “Choose File” section you see in your portal.
- Once all your documents are uploaded, click “Continue”.
Sending Your Documents Through Mail
- If you have access to your documents on your mac computer, you can either screenshot or download them as a PDF!

- Press and release Command+Shift+4 on your keyboard.
- The screenshot should save to your desktop immediately.

- In the new window that opens, click “New”.
- Hold and drag your cursor over the document and release when it’s fully covered.
- In the new window preview of your document, click “File” then “Save as”.
- Save it to your desktop.
- Drag and drop your screenshot into the “Choose File” section you see in your portal.
- If you can view your income documents online, you may be able to save the entire document as a PDF file instead of taking multiple photos of it!
